Return policy

The buyer has the right to return the products purchased on the website www.seroussi.ro within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package, according to Government Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts.

Please complete the return form in PDF or DOCX (Word) format and return it by email to customercare@seroussi.ro. We do not accept returned products without a completed Return Form!

In the case of returning one or more products, the payment of the return costs is the responsibility of the consumer (According to Ordinance no. 34/2014).

The right to withdraw from the purchase does not apply to legal entities.

After analyzing the returned products, the consumer will be notified by writing about the situation and the method of refunding the value of the product.

Returns will only be accepted for undamaged products accompanied by the original labels.

Only the amounts related to the purchased products will be refunded, not the shipping fees.

For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within 14 days of accepting the return.
