Loyalty cards

From the desire to reward customers who return to our stores, the Seroussi Brand has created a loyalty card through which you benefit from a 10% discount on the price of any product in our own stores.

How do you get a loyalty card?

Any buyer who purchases Seroussi products worth more than 500 Lei (VAT included) and completes a small questionnaire with the required data, receives a loyalty card. This card takes effect on your next purchase.

It would be a great honor for us to count you among our loyal customers who benefit from a 10% discount on the value of any product purchased in one of the stores located in:

The issuer of Seroussi loyalty cards is SC NORADA SA, which assumes the right to decide to suspend the loyalty program or withdraw the card.

The 10% discount is not valid during promotional campaigns or price reductions.

OFFICIAL REGULATIONS OF THE SEROUSSI LOYALTY CARD

This loyalty program is organized and carried out by NORADA SA.

Participants are obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of the Official Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Official Regulations”), as stated below.

Art. 1. Conditions of participation

Any natural person at least 18 years of age can acquire the Seroussi loyalty card, thus becoming a member of the Loyalty Program and a beneficiary of the advantages granted based on the loyalty card for the transactions carried out.

Art. 2. Obtaining the SEROUSSI loyalty card

The loyalty card can be obtained on the spot in any of the SEROUSSI stores listed below, after completing the registration form, based on the tax receipt of at least 500 lei (VAT included).

The activation of the card is done only after completing all the fields of the registration form marked as mandatory, otherwise the registration form is not valid and consequently, the loyalty card will not be issued/activated.

The mandatory fields to be completed are: name, surname, date of birth, city/county of domicile or residence, telephone number, email address.

The fields of the registration form will be completed with the real and accurate data of the participant who wants to obtain the Loyalty Card.

These fields can be filled in manually by the individual.

The loyalty card is unique, personal and non-transferable.

Art. 3. The benefits of the Loyalty Card

The SEROUSSI loyalty card offers its holders the following benefits:

-10% discount granted on the spot from the amount paid in cash or by bank card, for any transaction carried out in SEROUSSI Stores, except for transactions with the following products:

the products for which the commercial conditions do not allow the granting of benefits/discounts.

The -10% discount cannot be combined with other discounts and/or benefits.

NORADA SA reserves the right to modify, unilaterally, the conditions and/or any component elements of these discounts, the modifications being published on www.seroussi.ro.

Art. 4. Granting benefits

4.1. The benefit mentioned in Art. 3, the point is granted on the spot, for any transaction made in cash or with a bank card in SEROUSSI stores, except for the mentioned products, and is reflected in the reduction of the customer’s payment amount for the purchased products, regardless of the method of payment (cash, card). Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts. Also, the discounts of several card holders cannot be combined.

Art. 5. Use of the card

To obtain the benefits related to the Loyalty Program, as mentioned in these Regulations, customers must state to the store staff that they are the holder of a SEROUSSI Loyalty Card and present it before making the transaction, so that the card can be passed through the reader of bars.

Reading the barcode and recognizing the customer code automatically allows the discount and the corresponding benefits to be granted.

Once a year, the Organizer will check your cards in order to invalidate those loyalty cards that have not been used for three consecutive years.

Art. 6. Loss, theft or destruction of the card

If the loyalty card is lost, stolen or destroyed, the card holder will communicate this in writing by email to office@seroussi.ro

After communication, the lost/stolen or destroyed card will be deactivated by the Organizer and a new card will be issued based on the data submitted by the customer.

Falsification of this card is punishable according to the laws in force.

Art. 7. Duration of the loyalty program

The loyalty program has an indefinite duration. The organizer can decide to terminate the loyalty program at any time. Notice of Termination of the program will be carried out at least 15 days before the date of termination of the program in all SEROUSSI stores and on www.seroussi.ro.

Art. 8. Validity of the card

The organizer reserves the right to invalidate loyalty cards that have been used in violation of the provisions of this Regulation or the legal provisions.

The invalidation of the loyalty cards implies the deletion/anonymization by the operator of all the related personal data.

Art. 9. Modification of the Official Regulation

The organizer reserves the right to modify or change these regulations and undertakes to make such changes public through the website www.seroussi.ro and any other communication channels it deems appropriate.

Art. 11. Protection of personal data According to European Regulation no. 679/2016

These Official Regulations are available free of charge to any interested person or authority and can be consulted in SEROUSSI stores and on the website www.seroussi.ro.

Participation in the Loyalty Program implies the obligation to comply with the provisions of these Official Regulations.

By participating in the Loyalty Program, participants expressly, freely and knowingly agree that the Organizer will collect, store, extract, consult, use the personal data entered in the loyalty card form and in the completed participation vouchers on contests/raffles/promotions.

The purpose of processing the categories of name, surname and date of birth, town/county or residence is to issue the loyalty card and grant related discounts, as well as award prizes in the case of participation in raffles, or to inform the client for marketing purposes such as: promotions, new products, Events in the life of the Seroussi brand.

The purpose of processing data regarding the phone number and email address is to communicate to the customer various promotions, as well as the launch of new collections.

Also, the data regarding the purchase history will be processed by means of automatic decisions in the legitimate interest of the Organizer to improve the quality of the relationship with its customers by presenting personalized offers that correspond to their purchasing behavior.

The organizer will stop processing personal data for the purpose of granting the benefits based on the loyalty card, as soon as the person withdraws the consent given for the use of his data for this purpose.

Also, if the participant has expressed his consent by completing the consent form/updating his data for his phone number and/or email address to be processed also for direct marketing purposes, the Organizer will process these data in order to send materials and information regarding promotional campaigns/personalized offers to loyal customers via SMS and Newsletter.

The personalization of the offers will be carried out based on the history of purchases made in SEROUSSI Stores. The organizer will keep the history of the purchases made for a period of 10 years. Once a year, the Organizer will anonymize purchases made more than 10 years ago.

The organizer will stop processing personal data for marketing purposes as soon as the person withdraws their consent for the use of their data for this purpose or objects to the processing of their data for the purpose of receiving personalized offers.

To unsubscribe from receiving materials and information about promotional campaigns/offers by SMS/email, the owner can withdraw his consent either by presenting himself in the store and filling out a related form, or it will be done on the basis of a written request of the participant (signed and dated), addressed to Norada S.A., at the mail address office@seroussi.ro, or at the correspondence address: NORADA S.A., Serviciul Marketing, 535600 Odorheiu-Secuiesc, street Rakoczi Ferenc, no. 40., Harghita county.

The organizer undertakes to comply with the legislation on the protection of personal data, to preserve the confidentiality of the personal data of the participants and to use them only in accordance with these Official Regulations and the legislation in force.

According to Regulation 679/2016, participants have the following rights:

  • the right to information (art. 13) which involves informing the data subjects in a concise, transparent and easily accessible manner about the processed data.
  • access (art. 15), through which the data subject obtains from the operator a confirmation of the fact that his personal data are or are not processed
  • rectification (art. 16) which involves the possibility of requesting the operator to rectify inaccurate data concerning personal data.
  • restriction of processing (art. 18) occurs in the event of inaccurate, illegal processing or the exercise of the right of opposition by the subject.
  • data portability (art. 20) represents the right to receive the personal data concerning him and which he provided to the operator in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and which also includes the right to transmit this data to another operator
  • opposition (art. 21) includes the right to oppose the creation of profiles.
  • the right to be forgotten (art. 17) the data subject can obtain the deletion of his data by the operator, under certain conditions provided for in the Regulation
  • the right not to be subject to a decision based on automatic processing (art. 22)
  • you also have the right to address the National Supervisory Authority for the processing of personal data.

Participants in the Loyalty Card Program can exercise the above rights at any time, in writing, to the mailing address: NORADA S.A., Marketing Dept., 535600 Odorheiu-Secuiesc, Rakoczi Ferenc street, no. 40, Harghita county, or to the following email address: office@seroussi.ro.

In the request, they are asked to specify the address where they want us to communicate the information to them (e-mail, or through a correspondence service that ensures that delivery will be made only in person). For the efficient resolution of the requests of the participants, they are asked to describe in detail the context in which they provided us with their personal data. Thus, at the written request of the participant, addressed to NORADA S.A. to the email address or the correspondence address indicated above, (dated and signed), the Organizer undertakes to honor the requests of the participants, as long as they are not excessive, abusive or unjustified.

Art. 12. DISPUTES

Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants of the SEROUSSI Loyalty Program will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent courts at the Organizer’s headquarters.
