Created as a reward for those clients who return to our stores, the Loyalty Cards assure you a 10% discount of the price of any product from Seroussi stores.

How do you get a Loyalty Card?

Any client who purchases Seroussi products over 500 Lei (VAT included) and fills in a short questionaire gets a Seroussi Loyalty Card, which is valid starting the next aquisition.

The issuer of the Seroussi Loyalty Cards is SC NORADA SA, which assumes the right to determine the Loyalty Program termination or the withdrawal of the cards.

THE OFFICIAL REGULATION OF THE “SEROUSSI” FIDELITY CARD PROGRAM

This fidelity program is organized and developed by NORADA SA.

Participants are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the Official Rules (hereinafter referred to as "the Official Rules"), as outlined below.

 

Art. 1. Conditions of participation

Any person aged 18 or older may be in possession of the “SEROUSSI” fidelity card, thus becoming a member of the Loyalty Program and receiver of the benefits provided by the loyalty card to the transactions made.

 

Art. 2. Obtaining the “SEROUSSI” fidelity card

The fidelity card can be obtained locally in any of the “SEROUSSI” stores listed below, after completing the registration form, based on the minimum acquisition value of 500 RON (VAT included).

List of “SEROUSSI” store locations participating in the Loyalty Program::

The activation of the card is only made after completing all fields of the registration form noted as obligatory, otherwise the registration form is invalid and consequently the fidelity card will not be issued / activated.

Required fields to be filled in are: name, surname, and date of birth, city / county of residence or residence, telephone number.

Optional fields to be filled in are: email address.

The fields of the enrollment form will be filled in with the real and accurate data of the participant who wants to be in possession of the Fidelity Card.

These fields can be manually completed by the individual.

The fidelity card is unique, personal and non-transferable.

 

Art. 3. The Benefits of the Fidelity Card

The “SEROUSSI” fidelity card offers its owners the following benefits::

  1. Discount of -10% on site from the cash or bank card payment, on any transaction made in “SEROUSSI” Stores, except for the transactions related to the following products:

NORADA SA reserves the right to modify unilaterally the conditions and / or any components of these reductions, the modifications being published on www.seroussi.ro.

 

Art. 4. Granting benefits

4.1.The benefit referred to in Article 3 (1) is granted on the spot to any transaction made in cash or by bank card in “SEROUSSI” stores, except for the products mentioned, and is reflected in the decrease of the customer's payment amount for the purchased products, regardless of the way of payment (cash, card). This discount does not cumulate with other discounts. Also, the discounts of several cardholders cannot be cumulated.

 

Art. 5. The use of the card

In order to obtain the benefits of the Fidelity Program as stated in this Regulation, customers must state to the store's staff that they own a “SEROUSSI” Fidelity Card and submit it before the transaction is carried out, so that the card can be passed through the barcode reader.

Barcode reader and the recognition of the client code automatically allow the reduction and benefits to be provided.

Once a year, the Organizer will check the cards to invalidate those loyalty cards that have not been used for three consecutive years.

 

Art. 6. Loss, theft or destruction of the card

If the loyalty card is lost, stolen or destroyed, the cardholder will communicate this in writing via email to [email protected]

After the communication, the lost / stolen or destroyed card will be inactivated by the Organizer and a new card is issued based on the data sent by the client.

Falsifying this card is punishable under law in force.

 

Art. 7. Duration of the loyalty program

The loyalty program is indefinite. The organizer may decide at any time to terminate the loyalty program.

The notice of termination of the Program will be made at least 15 days before the date of termination of the program, in all “SEROUSSI” stores and on www.seroussi.ro.

 

Art. 8. Card validity

The organizer reserves the right to invalidate loyalty cards that have been used in breach of the provisions of this Regulation or of any legal provisions.

Invalidation of loyalty cards implies deletion / anonymization by the operator of all personal data related to those cards.

 

Art. 9. Amendment of the Official Regulation

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or amend this Regulation and undertakes to make such changes publicly available through the www.seroussi.ro website and any other channels of communication that it considers appropriate before making any such changes.

Art. 11. Protection of personal data According to the European Regulation no. 679/2016

This Official Regulation is free of charge for any interested person or authority and can be consulted at “SEROUSSI” stores and at www.seroussi.ro.

Participation in the Loyalty Program implies the obligation to observe the provisions of this Official Regulation.

By participating in the “SEROUSSI” Loyalty Program, participants expressly, freely and knowingly agree that the Organizer will collect, store, extract, consult, use the personal data included in the filled in fidelity card form and in participation talons on contests / raffles / promotions.

The purpose of processing the name, surname and date of birth, city / county or residence is to release the fidelity card and grant the related discounts as well as award prizes for raffle participation, or to inform the customer for marketing purposes such as: promotions, new products, “SEROUSSI”'s life events.

The purpose of processing data on the phone number and mail address is to communicate various promotions to the client, as well as launching new collections.

In addition, the shopping history data will be processed through automatic decisions in the Organizer's legitimate interest to improve the quality of the relationship with its customers by submitting customized offers that match their buying behavior.

The Organizer will cease processing personal data for the purpose of granting benefits based on the fidelity card as soon as the individual withdraws their consent for the use of their data for that purpose.

Also, if the participant has expressed his / her consent by completing the form of agreement / update of his / her data so that his / her telephone number and / or email address is processed for direct marketing purposes, the Organizer will process this data in sending materials and information about promotional campaigns / personalized offers to loyal customers via SMS and Newsletter.

The customization of offers will be made based on the shopping history of done in “SEROUSSI” Stores. The organizer will keep shopping history for 10 years. Once a year, the Organizer will make anonymous purchases made more than 10 years old.

The Organizer will cease processing personal data for marketing purposes once the person withdraws their consent to use their data for this purpose or opposes the processing of their data in order to receive personalized offers.

To unsubscribe from the receipt of materials and information about promotional campaigns / offers, the holder may withdraw his / her consent either by presenting it in the shop and completing an appropriate form, or it will be made on the basis of a written request from the participant (signed and dated) addressed to Norada SA, at the [email protected], or at the following address: NORADA SA, Marketing Service, 535600 Odorheiu-Secuiesc, Rakoczi Ferenc Street, no. 40, Harghita County.

The Organizer undertakes to comply with the legislation on the protection of personal data, to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data of the participants and to use them only in accordance with this Official Regulation and the legislation in force.

 

According to Regulation 679/2016, participants have the following rights:

the right of information (Article 13), which presume the data subjects to be informed in a concise, transparent and easily accessible manner on the processed data.

  • Access (Article 15) through which the data subject obtains from the operator a confirmation that his / her personal data is processed or not
  • rectification (Article 16) which presumes the possibility to require from the operator to rectify inaccurate data concerning the data subject;
  • Restriction of processing (Article 18) occurs in the case of inaccurate, unlawful processing or exercise of the right to object by the data subject;
  • portability of data (Article 20) is the right to receive the personal data which it regards and which it has provided to the operator in a structured, commonly used and automatically readable format including the right to transmit this data to another operator
  • opposition (Article 21) implies including the right to oppose the creation of profiles.
  • the right to be forgotten (Article 17), the data subject may obtain the deletion of his data by the operator under certain conditions provided for in Regulation
  • the right not to be the subject of a decision based on automatic processing (Article 22)
  • You also have the right to contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.

The participants in the Fidelity Card Program may at any time exercise the above rights in writing at the following address: NORADA S.A., Marketing Service, 535600 Odorheiu-Secuiesc, Rakoczi Ferenc Street, no. 40, Harghita County, or at [email protected].

In the official request, the clients are asked to specify the address where they desire us to communicate the information (e-mail, or trough a mail service to ensure that it is handed over only personally). To effectively solve participants' requests, they are asked to describe in detail the context in which they provided us their personal data. Thus, at the written request of the participant, addressed to NORADA S.A. (dated and signed), the Organizer undertakes to honor the participants' requests insofar as they are not excessive, abusive or unjustified.

 

Art. 12. LITIGATIONS

Any disputes arising between the Organizer and participants in the “SEROUSSI” Loyalty Program will be settled amicably or, if that is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent courts of the Organizer's premises.
